Campout

Well, we fixed the go kart up for our campout on friday the 22 of November, and made it work very nicely. But while we were up there we found some cheap fake metal on the go karts brake. luckily Tony was able to find this for us, but unfortunately for Tony, he was driving the thing when he found the cheap metal. So we now have more to fix for the go kart.

Finished

It has now been displayed at the emerson ward breakfast. It was painted and I can say that the paint job was most excellent, and turned out well. It had an american flag on the back, and she was packing some serious 30 mph. Good Work young Men!

June 11

This Wednesday we'll be working on the go kart at Tony's garage there will also be pizza involved, so we should all try and come. We're almost done with this guys we just need a couple days more to finish it.

Wow we have it already to go, that's impressive. Last week on Wednesday we got the go kart finished and so we got to test drive it, and let me say this you guys missed out. A picture will be up ASAP.

Saturday 5/9/08

Tomorrow we plan on meeting at Tony's garage at nine o'clock. Anybody that can be there you should try. I might not be able to go, but i am going to at least try and make it. So hopefully see you there.

No Go Kart May 7

Hey everybody we will be at Bro. Fiddler's house today at 630.

Progress Report

So tonight we have managed to tack the steering wheel to the Go Kart, and worked on the seat frame. We are also planning on finishing it by our "camp out", which is May 2-3. Pics will probably be up by tomorrow showing the Go Kart and its mere awesomeness!

Some things that we intend on completing next time are: finish the steering wheel, install the brakes and gas pedals, and making a seat.

P.S. Young Men I just want to say that we are nearing the end of this machine of destruction, and if you dont come you cant make it the way you want. Just a little motivation for you. See ya later.

Progress update

We have really come a long way in this project. I mean first of all, this started out as just an idea, and now look at this beast... well I guess you cant at the moment, but if you bear with us we can get some images up. Hopefully while we're at it we can get some of our scouts that dont show up to come because of how awesomely amazing this thing is turning out. Anyway we have an engine on the frame, and we have more of the frame done. So guys remember next week at 6:30. See ya there!

Re-Cap

Ok so yesterday march 19 we worked on stripping a go kart that we bought. We were basically going for the wheels, so we could get the wheels on the new frame, and that's what we did! Congrats to everybody that attended and helped bring this go kart another step further. Oh and pics will be up ASAP for those that dont attend these super top secret meetings.

The Frame

Go Kart Frame Design

The meeting on March 5 went into detail on the frame design, how it is going to look, etc. pictures will be on soon to show what the body of the Kart will look like, so you people that dont go to the meetings will know what it will look like in the near future.

We have also set a finish date for the Emerson Ward 4th of July breakfast, unveiling our masterpiece.
